This is a really fun game to play! The game takes place in the not so distant and twisted future and in the 400 years before the movie timeline starts. So in this way I guess it would be regarded as a prequel. This should put most gamers’ minds at ease with regards to “not another movie game spin-off?!” This game has stealth, speed, kool acrobatic moves, and a first rate music sound track. The storyline is really well written as well. They have involved you as the player in a very deep seeded multilayered senerios of espionage, undercover intelligence gathering.

But the game does a few bad points starting with the annoying targetting system. This means that in order to take advantage of that quality fighting and the acrobatic moves you'll have to constantly make sure Ms. Flux is actually facing towards the bad guy you want to hurt. Which is just so much more of a pain in the ass than it needs to be.

And plus the storyline can be a bit jumpy from time to time as the story flip from side to side which i dident mind and gave a bigger picture on the story but to some could be annoying.

Apart from the tricky targeting system Aeon Flux is actually pretty good. Its best feature is the platforming elements which have players jumping from pole to pole in precarious spots, performing tons of combos and aerobatic moves which gives a fighting style off the movie equibleim or the Matrix taking on a whole room of badguys all together i thought Aeon Flux is rather a enjoyable and exciting game to play although theres not much of a replay value except for unlockable costumes unless you cant get enough of the fighting moves.
