Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception

Possibly the best controls of a PSP game ever and some nice PS2-level graphics.

I loved all the Ace Combat series and this one was no exception. It definitely feels like a seamless transition from the PS2 to the PSP with graphics, most of the controls, and basic fundamentals all translated to perfection. Since the PSP lacks dual analog sticks, they had to cut a few parts of the controls, especially wingman controls here but otherwise, the handling was very fluid. Add a good storyline, good music, and action-packed diverse missions, and you've got a winner. Only gripe is multiplayer could use more depth and certainly more depth in single-player (i.e. more missions, more customizability for all planes, and wingman controls). But all in all, a great game.
