This game is AWESOME! A great mix of gufights, driving, minigames, and 24! I don't know why there are bad reveiws...
If you like shooting combat games, driving games, explosions, minigames, gunfights, stealth, hacking and 24- THIS GAME IS TOTALLY FOR YOU!
24 The Game is amazing and totally awesome. You play as 5 different characters: Jack Bauer, Tony Almedia, Chase Edmunds, Michelle Dessler, and Jack's daughter- Kim Bauer. You mainly play as Jack and Tony in the game. No duh, for Jack is the main character.
GRAPHICS: 9.5/10
The graphics are amazingly great for the PS2, it's almost like im really in the game! There may be a few areas that don't look as realistic, like water texture, and with Jack or Tony's jacket (if their wearing one) often flaps into the characters body a little bit in the front. The vehicles look great, maybe a few areas but the glare from the sun on the car provides a cool effect. These graphics have definatly earned a very great 9.5 rating.
GAMEPLAY: 9/10
The gameplay is is great. On foot, you have a variety of weapons and guns to use during very often gunfghts, along with usual puzzles and challenges that you sometimes encounter, which makes things fun and full of action! When driving a car, you sometimes need to follow a suspect, lose the cops or baddies, and get to certian locations within the time limit. There are also levels that are JUST a minigame, like hacking or defusing a bomb. These levels just might as well have been attached to the one before it because they are extremely short.
STORY: 10/10
The game's storyline is prefect. They've captured the expresions and personalities of the characters perfectly, and it seems like im watching 24 right there, except I'm a part of it! The story is just like 24.
Overall, this game is great, and definitly worth buying if your a 24 fan.
