Story-based racing games are boring for most people, but they could be slightly okay as long as they don’t go overboard with it. I don’t care about what my character ate for breakfast in the morning b...

@Macutchi: Natural progression? You lose your souls/XP when you die and fail to claim them afterwards. Plus it’s not just souls/XP you need to grind, but crafting materials to upgrade your weapons and...

What operating system will these handhelds use? I am only interested in Windows so if they use Linux I am not going to touch them.
-
@pc_rocks: Ahh okay thanks for clearing that up for me. I am hoping that the Japanese co-CEO might be interested in producing a PlayStation handheld device (Since the Japanese market prefers handhelds...
-
“Co-CEO”, never heard of that before. Is there a reason why SIE has two CEOs now? Is it because they wanted one in Japan and one in USA?

@R4gn4r0k: 21 games in Call of Duty franchise? Imagine how long it would take to finish all the campaigns from the first game to the last. I bet some people will actually try this when all of the game...

I beat the original Demon’s Souls game that was released in 2009. And I will tell you this: these games require lots of time grinding for souls/XP in order to make yourself stronger (think of them as ...

Microsoft loses money on each console sold, while relying on game sales to make up for it. If other PC manufacturers such us Dell and Lenovo start making their own Xbox-based consoles, how will they s...

I bet this acquisition is done with the Switch 2 in mind. No doubt in my mind that the Switch 2 will get plenty of ports from the other consoles, and Shiver might be the best choice for that :)

@davillain said:I failed to see why most gamers here in SW think Steam has a monopoly when they clearly don't.Steam is very close to being a monopoly. Having 80% market share is enough to rival Micro...

@girlusocrazy: That is terrible. I really hope this does not become a standard where developers deliberately mess around with aspect ratios and claim it’s for “artistic purposes” when it’s really beca...

The graphics look insane, but I don’t like the weird aspect ratio. Why is it in 2.39:1 aspect ratio instead of 16:9?
-
Only $16 billion? I feel Valve is probably worth five times that amount. I have spent enough money buying games and in-game transactions on Steam to propel Valve way past the $16 billion mark lol.

@BassMan: Gabe still works at Valve, but the other co-founder Mike Harrington has been long gone. So Harrington is out of the picture.Plus I don’t believe Gabe hates Microsoft, nor did he want to esca...

If Xbox is declining then why hasn’t the FTC stopped trying to reverse the Activision buyout? The investigation is still ongoing as we speak. FTC still thinks Microsoft has a monopoly on gaming becaus...

If Game Pass is hurting sales, then why hasn’t Steam been killed off by Game Pass? You can use Game Pass on the same machine that can use Steam. So why is Steam still thriving and growing?

Please let this be a reality. I would give anything to play PS4 games on a train on my way to work. I love my Switch, but a portable PS4 would be crazy awesome.

@texasgoldrush: I guess there are already too many Warhammer 40K games out there, so they wanted to do differentiate themselves by doing Warhammer Age of Sigmar instead. I wonder if 40K and Sigmar exi...
