Zombie Apocalypse can be a lot of fun, but it has nothing else to its name!
That's what drags this game down, there is no real story, they're no feeling of having a goal, and their is just no motivation.
What I did like about this game were the smooth fluid controls and the gameplay was top notch for a game of the genre.
There'e plenty of weapons to be found as well, There aren't really any minigames or anything like that. Once you beat the game you can go back and play 7 Days of Hell, which is pretty much the same but with tons more waves every day.
There's also other modes like Chainsaw Only, All Weapons, and Blackout. All of these work a little differently. Each of them can be played starting on any day you want, as long as you've already beaten the level.
Zombie Apocalypse is a fantastic game, but its extremely shallow. The only thing you'll be doing in this game pretty much is run around in circles on the small maps and shoot zombies. Its fun for what it is and its all well done, I just wish there a little more to it!
