The second iteration of Zeno Clash ( a revolutionary game through its insanity) seemed to promise. I started the game hoping it will be great, but I finished a good game with flawed controls. OK, I played the game with a gamepad ( I can't imagine how I played the first game without) and that helped me a lot.
The story is insane (again). Basically you have to save Fathermother. And in order to do that you have to beat down your foes. You have weird beautifully landscapes all around you, and even weirder and stranger than ever. You have some boss battles and at times you can use allies.
It's got an RPG branch. You can find certain points that can help you improve your stamina, heath, power and so on.
