The YYH crew arrive in their first GBA title. I say: *meh*.

The first of the YYH titles for the GBA isn't all it's cracked up to be. Based on hte manga/anime, the game follows Yusuke through his first Spirit Detective cases. However, not even this saves the title from being... well... *meh*.

As you go through the game, kicking demon booty, you are still faced with slightly frustrating controls, especially if you constantly alternate between characters to keep their levels equal. Of course, you can always beat the game with Yusuke alone, but what fun would that be?

The gameplay is pretty interesting, but like the controls, slightly frustrating as well as kinda boring at times. I mean, going through fires for 30+ minutes (in my first time)? Naaaaaahhhhh.

All in all, I think the game has been slightly over-hyped with its commercials and what not. But I guess it's alright for one go.
