I loved this game in the arcade and now its part of the NES experience. You pilot your ship accross the landscape with this big white target monitor in front of you. You have a regular gun weapon that will destroy the flying enemies but the target is for bombing land based vehicles & buildings. Althought the flying around is kinda slow this game can get fun to play. I thought it was not an easy game to beat as the enemies fire unlimited amounts of weapons at you in different forms. At the end of each level there is a giant spaceship with red targets you have to target and bomb in order to destroy them. This is harder than it looks although not impossible. As you progess through the game the enemies get faster and shoot at you more and the spaceships get larger and more dangerous. Basically its an old school shooter that kinda repeats similar levels over and over. If you enjoy a real challenge I would give Xevious a try, you wont be dissapointed.
