This game is probaly the best wrestling game until date for the playstation 2!!!!!
Gameplay: If you played a wrestling game before then you will probaly know what to expect from this game. You have tons of wrestlers, tons of rings and tons of challenges and modes for you to play with. Now, I had some issues with the game. First, there is the controlls which are kinda cool and responsive but the L and R buttons aren't very responsive like if I want to do a reversal on an attack then I can't do it because the L and R buttons aren't responsive like the PSP buttons which are really good and really responsive. Second is the the challenges which are really hard because the buttons aren't responsive. For example: There is a challenge that you need in the hardest difficulty to do 10 reversals on punches and grabbles and because the buttons aren't responsive then it is really hard to do them. But overall the gameplay is really good. You have awsome season mode and now they added a new mode called general maneger which you choose if you want to be a Raw or Smackdown manager and basiclly you just go throught the year and you will get to choose what matches will be in which week.
Graphics: The graphics in this game are probaly some of the best graphics I have seen in a wrestling game before. The wrestlers are really good and look really real, you have tons of attacks and animations that you can do which is really awsome but the only issue I had with the graphics are the crowd which doesn't look really updated for a game like this.
Sound: Ok now the sound. In the sound you have some great soundtracks with some of great rock bandes and you have the announcers which really do their job done but the problem is they aren't saying their things really good. For example: If I go on the top rope and I jump throught a steel chair they should yell "OH MY GOD" but after I do it they just saying "what a hit" which really blows off in the sound department.
Value: You can play this game for hours and hours trying to get all the unlocked superstars and all the unlocked rings and challenges. The seasona and the general are really long and the challenges can keep you busy for days and days to come.
Reviewer's tilt: Overall, WWE smackdown! vs. raw 2006 is a really solid wrestling experience. You have some new modes, new wrestlers and new rings to enjoy and play. But, if you are regular to responsive controlls and easy challenges then this game might not be the game for you.
