Wouldn't recommend, but not a bad game.

Worms arrives on the DS, with the good old 2D battles like on the original worms games. To be honest, I quite like the 2D battles; they're simple, kind of fun, yet blocky. The game is alright if you want to play it against a friend in single card play, or just with one DS, but otherwise the game is quite shallow with uninteresting challenges. Simply, there isn't very much to this game at all. Playing single player, you'll find yourself very bored very quickly and wishing it had wifi. Thankfully though, its not pricey and not a completely crappy game. The characters are cute and there are some new weapons that were not in the old 2D games for the PC, like the rocket booster. (heaps of fun)
Pros:
simple, easy-to-use 2D.
Fun playing against friend in single card.
Some re-vamped weapons that weren't in the old 2D versions.
Cons;
Blocky, disappointingly bad graphics.
Feels messed up and weird when playing.
Because of so little to do, wifi would have been great.
All in all, I would not recommend this game to an average DS gamer, unless they are a worms fan and on a tight budget. The game isn't too horrible, but definitely nothing to brag about, so I've given it a 5.5/10
