So simple yet so fun
The game play is awesome, you have a team of four worms and you have to blow up the other worms. This is incredibly easy to pick up. The fact that it's 2d makes it even more impressive. You get a phonemically wide range of weapons to use including bazookas. In the stages you can decide how you want to do things. Each stage is set up a different way solely to use certain weapons.
You have up to four players playing this in a match. After a numerous amount of turns the match goes to sudden death, the difference is the worm is automatically put on the weakest status, so one hit could kill him. When playing against another person. The first player has their turn followed by the next player. Making sure no body is cheating. If you don't like playing regular battles there is a wide range of missions also to play.
Graphics 8/10
Al though the graphics look 32 bit, they are bright and colourful. When any guns are used they are so colourful. Because the game is so simple it does not need impressive graphics, the reason is they are simple worms and don't need to look realistic. So although they are not the standard of playstaion 1 graphics they are more than playable.
Sound 10/10
The sounds are very realistic and match the atmosphere, if not they create it.
When a weapon is used a worm makes a funny comment. They'll make you laugh so much. Also when sudden death comes the music turns fast and worrying. But when nothing special is happening it's quiet.
Lifespan 10/10
The game itself could be completed in a few days. However you will keep playing it over and over again for a minimum of a month, because it's classical enjoyment. The multiplayer mode will keep you entertained for a long time ,because there are so many stages and it none of the get boring.

This is an amazing game. It will stay great for a long time and is still a classic now, if you don't have it now you need it. I recommend this game to someone who likes wacky fun and likes a good laugh.
