Very, VERY, realistic. You take control of every aspect of football, from how often you want the player to pass, and what types of passes, to dealing with the media pressure.
Only one thing to get a good opinion of this game, by buying it. It's cheap, I mean really cheap, but it's great.
Also, the football matches are in 2D rather than 3D, and I hope they stay that way! 3D Manager Games go bad when they start using a 3D graphics engine for their Manager Games..
EDIT: For some reason it's saying that my review isn't long enough now that I've edited something. Anyway, it's a great game, very addictive, but in the long run you may find it boring. Give it a try though if you're a football fan, you'll definitely like it.
