I enjoyed the original WoW a lot, I enjoyed the second exp., but in the third I only enjoyed leveling to 80 and then...
same old grind fest that never ended, the game became a gear hunt rather than the old epic "dead" pvp battles in hills...etc, and the epic feel of instances is not there anymore, now its all about gear.
classes are no longer "classes" they are all the same, the only thing missing is a mage with armor and 2h axe and the class system will be just for show.
after leveling in Wotk (which I enjoyed a lot, thx to great music and levels) the game just became boring again, it was just like work u have to log in time to get gear so that u can get the next set of gear and so on so forth.
anyway I'm glad I was able to play wow in the olden days of glory now the game is over for me :)
well here is a list of pros cons :P
pros:
1- amazing levels.
2- great music.
3- nice new abilities and stuff (no need beyond visuals since all classes are dps, tanks, healers... sort of)
cons:
1-more grinding in pvp and pve now.
2-players are not so freindly anymore everyone is freaking out casuse they need to work hours to get gear.
3-same graphics (few upgrades)
4-no intersting new game play in general.
5- every thing is wayyyyyy too organized in the game (I'm talking about PVP of course, no great battles in middle of no where, no one has time to have fun cause they have to .... grind and do daily Q which get soooooo boring after a while its not funny)
anyway R.I.P wow you were fun but not anymore.
EDIT: after reading cataclysm it seems blizzard are revamping THE WHOLE GAME, so I will wait and see, but from what I saw/read so far it looks very promising.
