I have to say that this game is even better than Wii Sports and Wii Play combined.
Although I won't explain about each game in detail, I will give you some background information. There are some games that were basically carbon copies from Wii Sports like golf and bowling, but golf also has a new mode called Frisbee Golf. In this game, you use a Frisbee to score par, and there's no holes this time. Instead, there's a large circle to determine how close to the center you are. Another game that was taken from Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games was archery. In this game, you use an arrow to try to aim your target at center. As time goes on the distance of the target will expand, and it makes it more challenging.
There's a sword fighting game. Well technically this game was also taken from Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games too, but it was utilized a little differently. In this game, you use a plastic light saber to try to hit and attack your opponent. There are three rounds. After defeating your opponent from two out of three rounds, you are automatically the winner. Also, there's another mode where you try to knock down all one hundred opponents with only three lives (hearts). There's also a bicycle, flying, wake board, table tennis, and basketball modes, etc. In some games, you can change the difficulty levels, stages, or times of the day.
The good - excellent multiplayer game, has more replay value with extra games and modes, controls are tight and responsive
The bad - no online play, single player mode lacks a bit, some of the games were exact copies from Wii Sports (only about two)
Presentation - 8 This game takes place on a tropical island with relaxing areas, and exciting sports games to play.
Graphics - 7 The Miis are clean and polished, but the graphics are still basic from Wii Sports. The water effects look pretty realistic.
Sound - 7 The music and sounds are still basic and relaxing, but some of the sounds were taken from Mario Kart like three, two, one, and start before you begin a race.
Game play - 10 The controls are though out, are tight and responsive for each sport.
Lasting Approval - 7 This game has a total of twelve sports, has extra game modes, and has up to four player modes in most games. However, there's still no online play, and single player mode is lacking a tad bit.
Overall: 7.8 out of 10 Game spot Score: 8.0
