PvP is the best ive ever seen..........if there were other players to battle
Firstly the game consists of four tiers that are split up to divide the populace to even out the different lvls from each other, t1 1-11, t2 12-21, t3 22-31 and t4 31-40. This system is great but has its flaws. The players are too far spread to actually have any pvp fun.
The first tier i would say is the best as the amount of trial players outnumbers the amount of subscribing. This allows for scenarios (pvp arenas) to generally occur every 10-15 minutes these scenarios is were the game lives. The second and third tier are just terrible, so far only having 1 scenario of small size in three days!! Tier 4 has scenarios and the pvp is good but once you reach your maximum rank (lvl) there is nothing to do but grind at your renown, which does get a little..... repetitive.
PvE, well....ummmm yea generally stay away from the pve as it is a boring grind of countless npcs and sometimes very long ventures into nowhere. This game was designed for pvp and it looks like pve was sorta just slapped on for some extra content.
The character creation and abilities are great with lovely gear to make your character stand out from the abnormally small crowd. Both factions have a range of characters to choose from with mirroring classes on each side but with slight differences.
The part of the game that is the most aggravating is the lack of players that play the game. If this game were to fall from anything, it would be lack of players. So far the only thing really keeping players coming and keeping this game alive are the trial players.
I do enjoy this game....sometimes, and only when the pvp is rolling during the couple of hours in the peek period of the weekend. I do not want to push anyone away from this game but i would say wait for the possible expansion pack that probably wont come out, due to lack of players.
