unbeknownst, but definitely not unbeloved

Never mind the graphics (do remember that this game is just a port from the PS2 version), its the gameplay that counts.
In a nutshell, it's easy to pick up and play, be it in exhibition mode or even in career mode where the autosave feature saves you the hassle of saving yr progress up the rankings. In the beginning I found it odd that the stadium ambience was virtually non-existent, but my efforts to progress payed off, the higher level tournaments were full of exhilirating umphs and oohs from the audience, adding a big boost to the game experience.
Replay value of this game is big as opposed to many other games who promise much but dont deliver. If you dont mind the not so splendid graphics, but are looking for a game (be it sports or whatever genre), then search no more.
