Even if the game is short and choatic. It's still got great multiplayer and worth playing!
Gameplay- It is both fun and choatic at the same time. There is a lot to do during gameplay. But it seems there is a little too much. Sometimes it is hard to see where you are at (especally when you use the same character as someone else.) and can cause you to lose if you don't pay much attention. The game is rather short. But there is some replay value to it. It should be treated more like Super Smash Bros. than anything else. The VFX powers are only good if YOU get them before your opponent. Otherwise, your screwed. Plus some characters are real good (like Jet Black) while others are extremely crappy (like the Unhenshined Characters).
Graphics- It's got the same cel-shaded graphics as the previous installments. Its even got some sweet anime cut-scenes to it. It is very colorful sometimes(not in the bad way).
Sound- Kinda of chaoic at times. Although some of the music is good, while other music sounds very similar to the music in the previous games (Especally in boss battles). Plus some of the character voices kinda annoy people (Especally to a HUGE Viewtiful Joe fan such as myself).
Value- It's a pretty decent bargain game. It's only $20 now. It is also good as a rental as well.
This game is not all that bad, although it is not as good as the previous installments of the series. But it is still worth playing!
