Didn't they do something similar last year too? Can't remember if it was Comic-Con, but i'm sure they did one somewhere.
Looked like the most intense game of tag I've ever seen. Did you win something if you made it through untouched?
very cool idea although they should have had nerf guns laying around so they could shoot the zombies or like foam bats/melee weapons. i would love to do this
I wonder if they had to tell people, "Remember, it's only a GAME...don't shoot the zombies!"? XD
Definitely looks like a lot of fun, just wished the zombies would've been a little more active.
Shoulda given everyone 10 year old girls to look after while trying to escape....
I would name mine Persimmon
Seems like a really good way for people to get hurt. I for one know I'd take it to seriously and end up barreling someone over. Still very cool although if infection was based on being touch then no one would have survived.
Looks really cool, I wonder if they would of given the participants nerf guns in order to hold back a mob at the end of the rally :) how cool that would of be.
Would like to be there, killing zombies all all this stuff. What we can't kill them zombies? aaaawwwww
wow, that's cool i missed it this time and survived.
the report are no different,
as the garbage society to deserve to get hurt in a stand of, nothing
smiles diseases where to spot everything what spells the hate
these dying corpses to the fashion media, machines, these viruses that mimic those life's.
while still here the comments,
prisoner of anything to be destroyed
from this planet earth, zombies and drivers everywhere;
it says sports for medals and trophies like if a care.
this lands needs to be cleaned.
HOW COOOOOL WAS THAAAAAAAT! What has two thumbs and wishes he could do that? THIS-GUY-RIGHT-HERE! >=/
If this zombies ran like modern day zombie movies, half this out of shape nerds would of been dead at the beginning of this zombie event.
I've done this both years. My wife and I are insane because we drive 100 miles just to do this, but being in S.D. during ComicCon is almost like Mardi Gras in New Orleans, so it's pretty awesome overall. I think they did a little bit better job with the themeing last year. It was still a lot of fun, but it's a workout too. The whole thing lasts about 30 minutes, and most of that is either running or jogging. More than one person puked from being overworked. The zombie makeup and actors are great. The whole thing is nicely done, but get ready to work, and it ain't cheap either.
@spike6958 Yes, it was Comic-Con 2012 that they started doing this event.
@dmblum1799 Actually it would be a good way to get rid of stupid people.
@rprevidi5 It really was. All the clichés of zombie films came true too. We had friends split it each other when it got messy, nice guys helping others and getting scratched for their troubles, and plenty of debilitating twisted ankles and bruises :)
@keymaster7 Orry ? Why not ?
@WDHellS words garble why random incomprehensible talk you the mallet post is everything bacteria that living world understand about nothing absolutely.
plain needs to be said.
@WDHellS English motherfu**er, do you speak it?
@GT_APE The HD version started working for me after the whole video loaded(the orange video bar loaded to the end). Before that, it would not play.
@bltizkrieg this joke is 3 years old (zombieland)
@zombieweekend Did you survive?
