Top 5 Skyrim Mods of the Week - Oblivion Gate Radio Dummies
Kevin VanNord takes his first step into Oblivion. He likes it there! Plenty of folks to dismember while listening to his snazzy new radio. Seb and Cam also check out the new Game of Thrones style intro for Skyrim, and training dummies giving XP, finally!

someone needs to tell them about airship dev aveza(flying airship you can control and live in) picture kevin being blown up from the airship already super high in the air!!! :)
Excellent episode as always. Look forward to getting the mods for the GOT opening theme and the radio, surprised it took this long for someone to let you add your own music. I always enjoyed creating gaming mayhem to the mystical choral music of Brahm's Requiem.
Alright Lads! Love the show!
Just wondering if you two think that modding will ever properly make the jump to consoles?
That "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" music reminded me of TF2's "Meet the Pyro" trailer. On the outside is horror, inside is happy.
I have recently got Oblivion! Oh God is that what am i gonna face? :o lol
It is difficult to keep myself interested in it tbh, since I have played Skyrim first... I actually went back to playing Skyrim lol
Yeah even though the oblivion one wasn't the one I voted for, it was pretty sweet. Makes me want to play Oblivion again.
I just realised something. Had you showcased Dragon Soul Absorb More Glorious (the very first mod I suggested) in that video, then that would make 3 mods (I also suggested ORS), suggested by 1 person, in 1 video. Hilarious. Anyway, great job as always. (Why can't you edit these comments after 5 minutes? I would've added this onto my previous one. Oh well. Doesn't really matter.)
Awesome work Cam and Seb. You guys are the best. I haven't played Skyrim for the longest time and just trying to keep myself away from my old addiction. :P
It is wayy to hard with you guys doing all these amazing episodes. :)
Even though you pronounced my name wrong (It's Polish, no wonder), I'm glad to see you liked them. To be honest, I found the GOT Intro mod just before I suggested it (it was recently updated)
One of the gems of PC gaming. I mean it's been what 2 years since the game has been released and it's still widely popular from all the mod support the game gets. Console fanboys can keep idling their precious GTA V, which the online got a 6 updated score on gamespot, PC gaming still has an large arsenal of games that can't be scathed by console games.
@meedokicky I hate the Deadlands (Mehrunes Dagon's Oblivion, the only one you go into) in TES4. It's so damn dark! & you can't move if you're overencumbered. But I have to admit, it looked awesome. I haven't touched Oblivion since I got Skyrim, though. I'm up to "Aid for Bruma" (& I hate that you can fast travel to places you haven't been to before (seriously, you can fast travel straight to Kvatch when you leave the sewers), not to mention the zooming in on the face)
@bldgirsh Don't want to get into the whole pointless pc vs. console argument, since that is childish in the first place.
Rather I want to adress the sentiment that Skyrim is still relevant. I think it's not in the sense that "everybody is stil playing it". They're really not. It's maybe fun once in a while to watch these gamespot episodes but most of the mods aren't to be taken seriously in the sense that it's a gameplay upgrade. MAYBE you check out the funkiest mods for a couple of minutes ... or maybe you don't because you already saw all you needed to see in the video.
This is not to mean that Skyrim is bad. It's frigging awesome and I'll replay it sometime in the future, but it's just not really game that you play every other day for a couple of hours for years.
