Top 5 Skyrim Mods of the Week - Halloween Special!
There's nothing Kevin VanNord fears, not even fear itself. He laughs at it. Hahaha. Surely swarms of bats, spooky pumpkins, and haunted houses should be no problem, right?
is there a mod that makes people more reactive to your actions i.e. when you wear a pumpkin head people in towns say something like "what a strange thing to wear" or something like that that can be done with resources available from game files, or if you go to prison and get out after or do something really bad or really good then people react accordingly or something like that....
NEVER. CANCEL. THIS. SHOW. You guys have led me to so many great mods!
I...I don't know what I would do without you.
People who say they should cancel this show are morons, why would GS want to when thousands keep watching it. This vid has over 57000 views on Youtube alone (and this was a slow week!). Compared to the Points with 16000 and feedbackula with 9000. Its all about the numbers.
And by looking at the numbers this is still by far the most popular show on GS.
i got a one huge question and one small request
question: why you aren't uploading the episodes anymore on youtube?
request: if there's a way to type the mods links again in the episode's discription that would be amazing
This show makes me happy, it's one of my life's joys.
Thank you Cam and Seb, and thanks to Gamespot for keeping the show going even if it's not as relevant as it used to be!
brutal orcish berserk-weapons to be found here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/44371/?:)
The choice to put in a 60 FPS player in the new site was a pretty fantastic decision on Gamespot's part I think. The videos that do run at 60 look very, very smooth. It's jarring trying to go back and watch Youtube videos of the same games after seeing it at 60 FPS on Gamespot.
They should have made those pumpkins change faces and follow you silently when you aren't facing them.
I think it is sad that Bethesda stopped working on DLC for Skyrim. Considering Skyrim has the longest life for a game since Morrorwind. I mean after 2 years and people still play this game almost as if it was WoW. Especially since we are probably not gonna see an ES VI for a LOOONG time it would of been nice for them to have a team working on DLC for skyrim.
I run Skyrim on a computer that can't handle ENBs. Does anyone know of an Imaginator configuration that'll make Skyrim look dark and creepy like this Silent Hill ENB?
This is a great weekly watch. It's cool to have a show which isn't cynical and shows off the fun and enthusiasm we all have for Skyrim
Thanks Cam & Seb, this episode of T5SMotW was champagne calibre even despite the wee hiccup.
Great to see this show continue to go from strength to strength.
I always come back to skyrim
no matter how chief my penthouse in gta 5 may be
i always come back to skyrim...
This show seems to just get better! The only bad thing about them is it keeps making me go back and playing Skyrim. I have other games to play but this show makes me go back!
Great episode as well, guys. Please keep them coming, love watching them.
another great show guys, thanks very much. loving this show more and more... christ that house was creepy
What fps is this video playing back at on HD mobile? Gotta be at least 60-90fps. It's so smooth and crisp!
Why won't anyone allow Carolyn to review these MOD's once in a while....
then at least we would get some correct scores for Skyrim 5/10 perhaps.... every other day 50 new mods, same gameplay nothing changed
This is actually the first time I've seen Skyrim being played on high settings on PC. Runs A LOT smoother on PC than on 360...damn. Might be time to get it for my PC lol.
I completely agree, i dont really like the new site design, but the new player is awesome.
@CiTizenMaSSaKre I mean, the longer they put off making the next TES game or next Fallout the longer it's going to take for it to get made. I'd rather they bite the bullet and move on to the next iteration then sit around making DLC for Skyrim for another year or two. Besides, the two story DLC's we did get are pretty massive, especially Dragonborn which is basically the Shivering Isles of Skyrim.
For everything else, as this show demonstrates, there are mods. Having the game be for sure finished also means that modders won't have to worry about patches/DLCs/xpacs messing with their shit.
I mean IDK, Skyrim could of been kept alive with constant upgrades and DLC, I just think they did not give it nearly enough time to stop creating content. I mean seriously? 2 story DLC and one that lets you make a house? COme on... They coulda done SO much more
@wanderjahr Ah, it wasn't just me? Definitely different, and I'm not used to watching 60 FPS game videos, mostly because Youtube doesn't allow more than 30 FPS.
@wanderjahr I think it was 60fps. So smooth
@RIVElR They are on youtube page
and you are not excused
@stillfailing The player is 60fps.
@daveversion1 That might be an easter egg..:P
@troller83 Go and make one then.
@CiTizenMaSSaKre That's the beauty of a modding community. There's always going to be a bunch of quest mods and storyline mods just waiting for you. Look at that guy who pretty much did 25 hours worth of content by himself.
Unfortunately the new site doesn't currently allow for us to include them with the video, but we hope to have this functionality in the future. We do post them on YouTube.
