Tigers are an endangered species, Lara should know better. I am sure talking to them in a calming tone would have the same effect as shooting them? Graphics look sweet.
Really really good game if you like platformers combined with action. Or if you like whole TR series :)
The game is out for more than a month....still no reviews from GS...why? The video looks nice, but I heard from a friend that it's a very short game. He's a veteran TR player and he finished it in less than 8 hours.
this is a video game you guys can not expect realality in a video game cuz we are not in thirteath century.
jesus get a life people its a game a gaaaaame. its not real. its people like you that go out and stab there mates after playing manhunt. bunch of idiots.
yea one swipe from tiger claws and she is dead....oh yea and after resting a few seconds behind some rubble in COD after taking a few rounds from a .50 cal will heal me toO! LOL
I do my best thinking that any of us will became a lunch before even think about kicking tiger in the face.Don't you think I'm right?
Okay two things taken from that trailer. 1. One swipe from a tigers claws to your face like that and you're done. 2. Unloading automatic twin desert eagles into ANYTHINGS head will stop it in its tracks. aside from these mind numbing things the game looks top notch. Definite thumbs up on the melee attacks and improved climbing.
I agree with the people saying that it looks like prince of persia. However, that isn't a bad thing! She totally roundhouse kicked a tiger in the face can't do that in prince of persia.
It looks amazing! Personally i felt that Lara needed some upgrades to her abilities and im really excited to see that she has. Can't wait to play this!
Sadly it DOES look like Prince Of Persia sometimes. The movements are too cartoonish, how ironic now Prince Of Persia was give the dumb art-style. Anyways, this game will probably still be awesome with all it's new features. There will probably be a lot more ways to play the game. :)
Actually I'm often disappointed that animals as 'monsters' in video games act more like ninjas in a bad kungfu movie (waiting for the good guy to recover from a hit instead of just finishing him off) then they do as animals. I enjoy tougher games I guess. Games where the enemies/monsters are actually DANGEROUS. Not just inflated HP balloons.
Its Tomb Raider not real life. I think games that bend reality a bit are the best. Who wants a Tomb Raider game where you cant backflip off a tiger and shoot it in the head? No one, thats what makes the Tomb Raider series so cool.
Well, I suppose if anyone's gonna kick a tiger in the face, it should be Lara Croft :) And as for the action, I don't think it looks PoP-ish, more like Free Running to me.
It is nice to see that she is going to get some more moves. I just hope it will be easy to control her. But other then that the game looks great.
Kicking a tiger in the face? Hmm, come November, people will be subbing in Lara Croft for Chuck Norris jokes. I wonder if they're going to do that slo-mo every time she kicks an animal. It might get annoying after a while. She moves much more convincingly now, having been motion captured from an olympic gymnast. The only think that looks Prince of Persia silly is the wall-jump. Everything else looks fantastic.
I could imagine how much more vital it would be to make your shots count after you kick a tiger in the face. Brilliant!
