Interesting setting, at least something different from all those modern/futuristic shooters. Not much else to say since no gameplay was shown
3rd person action adventure. + some shooting. Altered history. Demons. Level of interest just got up!
I got to be honest, I think that despite the interesting setting and stylings I think it looks a bit derivative. It hardly seems like a new concept, it reminds me of Clive Barkers Undying, Nightmare Creatures and other games of that ilk. I hope to see more in the future and something new within the gameplay itself.
i really hope it is more of an adventure than a shooter but it probably isnt judged by those guns in the trailer. Atleast im sure it would be good and its great there is already a game that shows how gret an atmosphere adventure games can have in next generation. I would love to walk through Whitechapel in very realistic misty lighting solving mysterious/catch serial killers in the same vei nas La Noire etc.
To me this game is looking more interesting after Weerasuriya's little explanation about the concept of the game.
reminds me of the newer version of sherlock holmes with the setting and old, but new-to-the-times technology.
Looks like Star Wars weapons set in an ancient temple/dark woods theme. With a sprinkle of Underworld and Van Helsing sprinkled in.
This is a day 1 buy for me.
Looks awesome, like Dickens meets Dishonored with a bit of Luther Awkright thrown in
Very excited for this!
It looks and feels awesome, but I don't know if I can grasp the idea of handheld machine guns, rocket launchers and blimps in the 19th century. I'll have to wait and see.
I feel like this locale is kinda played out. Foggy old-timey London that is. But I ordered the PS4 so I hope it's great.
I'd play it, if there was a version for the PC. Nothing against Sony, it's just the PC is my platform, and the premise for the game seems interesting to me. I was reminded of "Dishonored".
My fav studio but am not really into vampire-esque shooting or victorian era sort of setting. But they won't mess up I am sure. Although I still crave to see something raw like God of war & sort.
I'm still in a state of post-bioshock-infinite fever, so totally looking forward to this one, PS4 FOR THE WIN.
I'm guessing it's an open world game?? Seems like it'll fit.. Also hoping you don't come up against humans with guns.. It annoys me when a game creates brand new villains which they can't keep interesting so just throws in a bunch of armed troops.. Anyway, I shall keep my eyes open for this one
I love the steam-punk vibe and setting that they showed in the trailer, and this game went straight to the top of my watch list. Can't wait to learn more about it.
This reminds me of Van Helsing, which I thought was a good movie even though it's apparently one of those vampire movies that it's cool to hate. I hope this game lives up to its potential.
Hard to have an opinion when I don't even have a screenshot of gameplay, so I guess I'll hold my liquor for now. Atmosphere and setting certainly are nice though, so maybe that lends a bit of optimism.
Quite honestly I think this is nothing but eye-candy at this point. No gameplay tells me they haven't even reached alpha.
I have the feeling this is the kind of Sony game that you won't hear again for another 2-3 years.
This looks pretty stupid. Pretty visuals but the newer technological weaponry belongs nowhere near pre-20th century. Ew.
ive been wanting for a quality vampire/werewolf/steampunk-espue game ever since i watched vampire hunter d yeeeearrrsss ago lol
I've been waiting for Ready At Dawn to take on their own console IP for a while now. Good to know that they are finally getting their chance. Looks like it could be an excellent game.
