It's got a great art-style. I'd love it if it had a fairly deep system of movements and attacks....so far I just see the jab-jab sword thrust....that could be employed in a range of gameplay ideas, and repetition does seem to be the base of the 'classic' notions that suda51 portrays....however, I feel that's also what keeps them from being a total success. SOTD was great because it had all the conventions of survival-horror action but the game's premise pushed you in an exciting fashion to the next part ex. running to save your drowning girlfriend....its a sense of 'self-actualization'....seemingly only japanese games are concerned with doing that.
it feels like one idea from suda51 it feels like it started in shadow of the damned and now this , it doesnt really seem so good err
