Never really was a fan of Tekken for whatever reason. Had it for Game Boy Advance but thats about it. Maybe I'll check this out though.
That Nina and Anna T-shirt needs to a pre-order exclusive
having over 50 characters to choose from is nice and all.. but it does get overwhelming. I've been playing Tekken since PS1, up to 5.. I bought 6 for my brother.. I barely play it. With Tekken Revolution, they took it back to basics.
@Thread-Thief ...back to basics, yeah, but... where is the innovation? ....As an extreme fan of Tekken since it's first days I have to say I'm disappointed. I expected to see, AT LEAST, new graphics...! ....This is however just a clone of Tekken 6 stripped of everything that gave the Tekken game, detail. Either make the next BEST Tekken experience (new engine, new graphics, new gameplay options, open the game world even more) but remain Tekken at heart.... OR .....Create a BRAND NEW GAME that isn't Tekken at all, but builds on their experience BUT somehow WOWS players with AMAZING choices, even if it is only 8!
Otherwise, it all seems boring... Even the developer mentioned in the video that interest in brawlers in US is declining.... But if you acknowledge that, then DO something about it, make something new and intriguing! Stop recycling character models and content...!!! ....Make NEW content, OR Make a new game and ADD even more content..... NEVER TAKE AWAY !!! ...This is the first Tekken game in history that im not interested about, even if it's free!!! I wonder, WHY? ....nothing wrong with back to basics, the best things come out of that step. But usually when any game goes back to basics, it's developers build a new world or content around the nostalgic initial ideas! NOT, Take their latest installment and re-release it for free with ONLY about 25% game content left over, and same old sets, stages and design..... I'm only saying this because I hurt inside as a fan of this series, didn't want it to fail, but it's too late.
