Looking at this 10 years since its release, I must say I'm disappointed graphics hasn't progressed more than it has.
Holy Cow. So I've been wanting to play this game again lately. Curious as to what gamespot thought of it at the time--this reviewer is a total snorefest. WAKE UP MAN! I didn't even believe the comments below until I watched the video--it belongs on youtube.
@viewman You have to have a Gamecube controller and memory card. You put the disc in, give it a second to load and choose the game channel with the Wiimote. From that point on you have to use a Gamecube controller and memory card to play the Gamecube games.
could this guy BE less enthused to review this game, a great great game and they get a self conscious nerd to do the talking, SPEAK UP MATE
This is one of the VERY BEST Gamecube games ever and the fact that it STILL looks fantastic 8 years later shows the quality that can be found in the Gamecube hardware. I played the crap out of Rogue Squadron on N64 and when this one came out, I was going crazy for it. It's one of the best Gamecube games ever and is one of the best Star Wars games ever as well.
hm, I recently bought this game after seeing this review, in hope of it working on the Wii as the backwards compatability would kick in, but I cant get it to work :\
@Xerialstraz yeah? i was thinking of picking this up on GC so i could play it on my wii... is this better than rogue squadron?
@viewman did you ever get it to work? i was gonna pick it up...
@viewman @jedilink109 awesome thanks, i'm gonna get on that!
