Would be very very VERY good if Petroglyph somehow gained ownership of C&C franchise, up until C&C 3 and Red alert 3, of course, because those and the further ones are pointless crap, EA's crap.
Green has always suited NOD, they were always messing with the tiberium anyway, experimenting with it. But then again there were the mutants and they were supposed to be a faction in the original C&C 3, not in the EA's zhit.
This looks so samey samey. Might as well be a C&C mod.
This has all been done 10000's of times before.
It's always irked me that when air units fight they just sit there and fire. MOVE! Strafe!
@allanpaas Personally I enjoyed C&C 3, but I still don't understand why everyone seems to think that if Petroglyph had the C&C license they'd start churning out amazing games. People like to point out that Petroglyph includes Ex-Westwood people, but it's not like they've been doing that well anyway. Star Wars: Empire at War was okay, but Universe at War, Guardians of Graxia, Mytheon, Rise of Immortals?
End of Nations does look somewhat promising, but I still really don't see Petroglyph magically becoming some incredible developer just because they have the C&C license. We seem to be in the age of clones anyway, nothing has ever stopped them from making something similar (as End of Nations actually seems to be).
@Dirty_Window there aint manny RTS today and it's free 2 play no restrictions and i'm gonna play it :)
@Dirty_Window i dont know whether uve noticed but a great deal of RTS games have become SIMPLE to attract the masses. the few that have depth are few and far between.........................
oh and people like u killed the age of empires series...
