Nobody Expects the Dragon Age Inquisition
When demons tear through the veil and wreak havoc on the world, you know that means. Time for an Inquisition.

Dragon Age 2 should have of been an spin off for portables or an iOS game. Inquisition is looking much better tho.
I am gone wait this one out. DA2 was a big disappointment for me and if DAI is more like DA2 than DAO i am not gonna buy it. I want a tactical RPG with elaborate dialog options not just 3 extremes, more equipment options, more elaborate talents/abilities options.
Actually everything they striped in DA2 in comparison with DAO should come back and i am one hell of a happy gamer. Oh and cut the cr.p with the appearing enemies. They don't fall out of the sky or appear suddenly behind me while i cleared everything..
in any case i am gonna wait till after release day to see what the reactions are and if its more like DO2 or DAO, if the first than i have more interesting games to play.
well, I hope this version has the ability that allows player to has voice like DA 2.....otherwise it would be dead to me and i will never buy it,...
Looking great, the one thing that puzzles me is that I concived the inquisition to be mage haters, so a mage inquisition leader sounds ridiculous, but I guess I have the wrong impression about what the inquisition is. I hope they center more in the story and char interactions than making it just another good looking crappy rpg and that they go at least a little, back to a more similar DAO mechanics.
Also, Morrigan doesn't look as good anymore, I wonder why they changed the char design.
Whether it will be a huge heap of crap much like the second installment, or more akin to the first (excellent) game, it remains to be seen.
This is the game that will get me to buy next gen. Dragon age: Origins had that kind of favoritism this gen with me.
Please please don't let EA happen to this game.
Considering Origins took about 5 years to make, and Dragon Age 2 released only one year after being announced...hopefully DA:I will be much better since it'll be around 4 years in development.
Aw man, I really wanted to play as a qunari. I guess it wouldn't make a lick of sense though seeing as how the qunari are so hostile to everyone else.
The video was very interesting right until the very end when it showed Fall 2014. That is just way too long a wait.
When this game comes out, everybody will be in love with Bioware again. You'll all jump back on the bandwagon, and I'll be sitting here like, "Hey guys, why'd you leave?"
Still though, wanna see Morrigan and my Warden. Child. Sexy ass Morrigan. Eluvian mirror. Let's see it.
LOL the dev diary from BioWare... remember the dev diary of "AWESOME BUTTON" from the last game... Yeah, no thanks.
You had a masterpiece with Dragon Age: Origins. Really too bad you butchered it and tainted the name with Dragon Age 2
Awesome Monty Python reference at the article!
Wow this game actually looks pretty good. Finally a Dragon Age I can actually care and have great expectations for.
The first game was good, but felt lacking. 2nd was just broken. I sure hope the 3rd will feature better characters and story, and with an interesting - talkative - main character.
@RingoBarsha87 Voice actor for the inquisitor has actually been confirmed and showcased
@PZcolo she looks better, when i played dragon age i always though morrigan was lara croft clone,
@PZcolo well the change makes sense actually, think about it, many years have passed since the events of DAO, so it is not all that strange that she looks diffrent now, if you don't agree then I challenge you to find a single women who would go that length of time without at least a small makeover
@Dumper1 You don't say..
@Hadoki So even if the game is rated a perfect 10, you forgo the enjoyment of playing?
@KarjahThis is a dream that will never come true.
@The_King-123 Of course.
Releasing so late after Witcher 3, not to mention how scrub Dragon Age 2 was...
@Fartman7998: Agreed. I enjoyed the previous two, as well as all the Mass Effect games, and didn't mind the ending to the series.
Just fanboys whining is what it is. As evidenced by sales, majority of people seem to enjoy the games.
@Fursnake it will be
Statistically it has to be. It's hard to produce same shit twice :/
Yeah. Same here, good one
@darkscape if you actually paid attention you'd notice they're going back to a lot of what made DA:O great and improving it a lot
@Darthtc well said, though to be fair even hard core rpg's are not quite as hard now thanks to the internet
@Tobajas now THAT has some fun possiblities!
@marchuitt I also enjoyed mass effect 3 and did not really hate the end, I was just mad with the end because all I did to kill the reapers was pointless and i could not figure out what ending my paragon shepard should pick. (I could not kill the reapers because I really liked edi and the geth)
The 'fanboys whining' had very legitimate complaints. Recycled maps, dumbed down or removed features, NPCs spawning from thin air...sales figures don't automatically mean a game is good, considering preorders and high expectations.
@marchuitt Bioware is my favorite developer, and I have loved all of their games ever since I first picked one up. I loved Dragon Age 2, I don't see the big deal. I mean, I saw the flaws in it, but they were nowhere near as bad as anybody made them out to be.
Statistically it's not hard to produce same shit twice, or take good shit and turn it into bad shit...Hollywood does it all the time. And the game industry feels like it is going more and more in that direction lately.
@lo_crow98 You didnt included the crappy "plot" and weak character development throughout the story... :P
