The telekinetic grabbing of objects reminds me of Cellfactor: Psychokinetic Wars. There is some Gears of War with the blood red emblem that appears to varying degrees due to the amount of damage taken, the curbside stomp, the button prompt vaulting, using objects for cover, and the overall 3rd person perspective. Some of the guns even look like they are from Gears of War.The gravity shifting of the character does seem to be lifted from Dark Void. Although similar, it should be noted that as far as the flying goes in Dark Void you used a jetpack here you're using gravity itself.
Sooo, Gears of War, Bulletstorm, and Psi-Ops had a 3 way one night stand, got pregnant and and gave birth to this... Inversion. Seriously, lets be more creative and come up with something that is actually new. Not take obvious parts of other established games and attempt to execute them as well as they did. Sorry, game may be fun, but it just feels like a gears, bulletstorm knock off.
It looks cool but i just can't shake the feeling that this will be one of those 6.0 run of the mill shooters with only 1 fancy thing but i hope im wrong.
this game is is the only game worth checking out in February for me and it come's out 3 days before my Birthday.
@fefisgbf13 yeah it's a lot of game's and it just this game reminds me of them and I can see the inspiration from all of them games.
I dont care what he says, the ability to make your enemies weightless in mp looks pretty cheap but fun.
First and this game's Multiplayer reminds me of a mix Bioshock and Singularity and the rest of the game looks a little inspired by the Mass Effect series and the Half-Life series, but that's just me and I kinda see a little Dark Void in the game, but maybe not.
