@termadoyle What do good games on a console or the amount of people in an online community have to do with hardcore gaming? Nothing. I've played most of the Battlefield and COD games on both (as I have friends that don't play on PC) and I must say there is a clear difference in the level of competition. Your statement was about hardcore gamers. The most hardcore among us, the pros, are overwhelming mostly PC gamers, why do you think that is? That's not to say that they don't play on consoles but when it comes to wanting a high level of competition you have to look at PC gaming. And stupid? Who's trolling now? I can at least understand what someone said and formulate a adequate response.

Pretty good show :D. I'm pretty stoked about the NGP the most, but I'm looking foward to a ton of games for PS3 as well.

im excited to get my hands on a vita hopefully theres ps classics on board ... also uncharted looks great but it looks and feels like a zelda game with less tunic and music plus a gun.

Uncharted plays like a movie too.... IDK much about the games though but I heard that dude say something on the lines of "Like many of you Uncharted 3 Drake's Deception is one of my favorite games and I can't wait to play it" Wait, what?! It's pretty obvious this guy doesn't even play games...considering one of his favorite games isn't one he's even played yet. last year KB and Sony owned E3, this year way in last place not even counting the PSN debacle. and what's worse is Sony is too dumb to realize it or do anything to fix any of their issues and you can all hide the truth with your thumbs down but you know in your hearts you are being used.

Let's see Dark Souls on PS3 no move no voice chat or on Xbox with maybe kinect control and definitely voice chat. Remembering how annoying texting was in Demon Souls I think I'll pick headset capability next time.

Why can't I get a free or $100 system RAM upgrade installed at Best Buy for my PS+ subscription? So then maybe my PS3 wouldn't freeze crash glitch and lag every 20 minutes while playing Fallout 3. That's reality, that's not a fun gaming experience having to shutdown reboot and reload constantly after my PS3 freezes. You ever hear of Wii freezing and crashing? No because Nintendo gets their specs right. How you gonna repay us for the countless hours of playtime lost due to these issues? Explain that smilin Jack

In conclusion, you either put some of our millions of dollars spent on PS junk back into upgrading the seriously RAM memory deficient, crash prone, laggy PS3 and PSN or bring out the PS4 next year or we are gonna go to a console who gives us cool new features that we might actually use and be impressed by. Bottom Line is PS3 owners want, deserve, and can typically afford all the coolest newest high tech stuff available, but we know it when we see it and will only buy it if it truly seems worthwhile. You should not have to try to convince us that Move and 3D are awesome we will just know when we see it and buy it if it's worth it. And if you continue to tell us that Soylent Green is yummy when we know for a fact it is not we will distrust and lose faith in you. The PS3 does not do everything we want and know it is capable of if you put the right stuff into it. Move is not the best available so quit lying, give us the best of the best available current tech or we will get it from the ones who have it and are offering a fair deal. That's my two cents as a loyal PS only consumer since PS1 launch. Thumbs up if any fed up PS fans or owners agree with any points I've made here.

Here are my opinions now Sony. Home is an epic waste of everything. PS3 avatars XMB, inability to cross chat send voice messages to friends inability to play customized soundtracks and pathetic browser are fails. Headset support online is pathetic when it is supported it is usually garbled. PS Vita give up on beating nintendo in the handhelds you never will they own it, you are only further wasting resources you should be putting into PS3 and 4 I haven't bought a handheld since gameboy and never will again. Develop a motion control scheme that enhances the PS3 itself as well as games or drop motion control entirely. Quit pushing 3D the majority can't afford it yet and/or don't wanna bother with battery powered uncomfortable glasses. 3D tech isn't a standard like bluray it hasn't arrived there are still too many different experimental designs. The only thing keeping you afloat are your 3rd party games. Uncharted was tired out after the 1st one and no way will I pay to stare at Nathan Drake's butt for 100+ hours ever again. Pack UC3 in the new $250 sku that's all it's good for.We need more harddrive space the 320 GB system should be $300 tops. You made the PS3 into an ugly cheap ass version of its formerly beautiful fully B/C launch self. Quit cutting corners and being tightwads and quit wasting money on guest appearances by Kobe Bryant. The welcome back package didn't cost you a dime. It was pathetic and all is not forgiven.

I have to agree with hea420ven. Like... Sony had a solid press conference, but nothing that would really get the mass market excited. sure the PSP2 is going out there, but we knew that the whole time eh? No real surprise. Being an xbox person myself. I was impressed by NINTENDO, expectations exceeded. Son'ys press conference was more of a refresher, not really an advancement in things.
