@ Snaptrap: If I want to learn history, I'd read a book. No ones forcing you to buy it. It's your loss and don't play smart@$$, it's rude and makes you look like you've been raised by a pair of wolves.
maartenvc, there are many reasons why this does not look like ****,1: battlestation m was amazing, so there is no question this will be amazing, 2: kamikaze attacks, the greatest idea ever, give us reasons why it will be ****
It looks good. Not many fliers out there...and hawx doesn't count. heh....does he I'm mad at you at the end?
Ozymandias2289 - those games aren't built around an actual event, are they? Learn the difference between fact and fiction, if you can. You can't even spell "realistic". LOL!
i'm looking forward to this, looks like a cool fusion of real-time strategy and more up close action. Oh, and snaptrap, it's a video game, who gives a frack about total utter realism. I bet you hated halo and mass effect and dead space, not very 'realisistic' are they
Played the first one and found it to be very unrealistic. None of the events in the game ever happened except the attack on Pearl Harbor. Also the enemy always had an unlimited amount planes. I must've shot down over 200 from one carrier alone and I only get a maximum of 12. Lame! It a good thing the Japanese didn't have spawning planes or else we'd all be speaking Japanese. I'd learn more about history watching The Final Countdown than playing this fictional rubbish. Pass!
very nice I cant wait for BS: PACIFIC and since I love ww2 and love to study history in general i will get alot more out of this game then probably the average person. love to study ww2 naval vessels as well. fav fighter- F4U Corsair :)
(sonynhater) you play small scale and large scale battles from Sea and Air. If you have an aircraft carrier (You control the ship)you can send planes to attack targets and then you can hop into one of the planes seats to control it or if you have ships you can switch to those to attack enemy vessels and aircraft.
