For me the game is enough. I don't need any extra "goodies". Especially if those goodies cost $30 more than the original game.

Collector's Editions are a scam to cheat gullible people out of money. The same is true of lifetime subscriptions for MMOs and computer peripherals that claim to be specifically designed for gaming.
