What a fun and beautiful game. The 3rd person aspect was fluid and felt right. It had many aspects as other 3rd person games like Gears but this felt responsive and aggressively paced with an arcade feel. The cover worked well whether you used it or not. It played well if you chose to use the cover or not. The story was good, but the environment and design was amazing. A lot of time and effort was put into the characters and background design. The story had some generic components but enough seemed fresh and different to make the game overall feel original. The sound was great. The controls felt smooth with decent response and appropriate for the gameplay. The game felt polished with no bugs or hiccups experienced.
This will not be the most memorable game ever, but it is just plain fun. I recommend it to anyone who likes arcade/shooters. I have to say well done SEGA, well done.
