Unreal championship 2 is , of course a sequal. In this one you play as Anubis. He is a great warrior and is set out on a quest to stop a woman named Selket..The story is pretty good and it fits the purpose of the game. Of course a quest is not easy and happy go lucky, nah. You have to enter a grand tournament and fight your way up. Starting at the very bottom, of course. Now on the the nuts and bolts of the game. The game has different modes, you can play single player, two player or xbox live. Or you can even play instant action, which throws you right into the fun. If you choose single player you will be playing a story mode. The story mode is ok, but you can only play as one character. But at least it is a good one. Then you simply complete the matches. You will be told the story thru some good looking cuts scenes. The story mode is fun, but short. There is also tournament mode to choose from. You have to play thru so many matches in order to beat the mode with that character. But you can pick from any of them to fight with and can also unlock some extras. One thing you will realize, is that this game reminds you of mortal kombat a lot. Other than that it is fun to play with a friend. The instant action is real good. You will find that there are 14 characters to unlock. One complaint is there is guns in the game, but they are basicly the same. The biggest thing in the game play in the melee weapons. These actually change the game a lot and make it more fun. You get a real good feel for them and the charachters. over all if you liked the first one, you will probably find this one more insteresting. Or if you are just looking for a game to add to your collection and kill a little time on , then you will like this one.
