I can't believe that I've forgotten about this game, it's one of the best! :!:

I feel as though this is one of those games that has gotten lost in the realms of fine shoot-them up games. Sure, there are more of those types of games than a person can shake a stick at, but this one is still worth a look. It's very challenging to fly around, shooting at everything that can be shot at, avoiding enemies, natural landscapes, and oncoming fire. There are many different types of planes to choose from, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. There are many different weapons each with their own abilities and capabilities. The plot isn't so much the point of the game, since it's far from neccessary. All anybody really needs to understand is that the enemy must be met and defeated at any cost, to ensure the safety and stability of the world at large. Of course, good graphics and rocking music can only help to prove this a good gem! So with everything this game has going for it, I sure hope it gets released on Virtual Console someday, that would be really rocking! Until then, I'll remember the fun times I had with this game on the SNES. :idea: Enough said! ;)
