I love it and I'll tell you why

Why do I love it....

The graphics are good and mangement system is easy and building your little 5000 seater stadium to a top notch 60000 seater is somewhat satisfying.

I have played this on and off every month for the past year or so and it's still enjoyable. Getting your real hometown club to the premiership and then europe is great. It's like a dream come true for all footie fans.

The ability to design your clubs ground to your will is there and to beat the cream of the premiership teams in modern terms is always the goal. Stuffing Man Utd(Sorry Man U fans) with lower division sides constantly is alays nice.

Player stats are not a heavy or difficult to understand as with some other management games and improvements with training throughout a season are noticable. Bringing up new players from youth is a challenge though and one which might fall by the way at the start but it doesn't take to long before you start getting to grips with all that either.

Playing a full game with direction from the player is good and rewarding...those teams which seem to whoop you by computer automatic control ie instant results are beatable,,,

Overall its a well worthy game for the leather seated armchair manager..

There are a couple of downfalls...some supercup games aren't registered on your roll of honour when you win...a quirk of the game...and money loss seems to always be a there even if you have a huge ground with all facilities etc etc...

These mere annoyances don't really stop the game from being enjoyable. With the added option of buying the game which allows the team to be imported for full control plus also adding your name the the hall of fame on the net, its a worthy winner.
