If you have a GCN and don't own this game, well then you should. This is a solid game to be sure.
For those of us growing up with Thrasher in its humble emergence in the '80's will love this game. I admit that I was skeptical when I bought the game. After all there are Xgames on the PS2, and stuff like that. Well they were a bit of a disappointment. Not the game at all. It is a really fun and easy game to play, I mean this game is absolutely for everyone from the 7 yr old to the 50 year old.
Gameplay: Easy controls, it is not hard to go from basic beginner to pro with the controls, it isn't the simpliest thing to do right away but you will catch on quick. It is nice and fluent and looks like you expect it to.
Graphics: They are solid, they hold up really well, no frame rate problems or anything that I found that would be worth mentioning.
Sound: It fits the environment, but it gets repetitive. You have your typical skater dude kind of tracks from the Chili Peppers & Alien Ant Farm. You know, the '80's alternative bands that are still around hanging out and having fun.
Value: Map editor, different levels, bonus characters, etc. This game is full of content and it is worth playing over and over. You will enjoy this game.
