There would be no reason to doubt Tony Hawk's pro skater 2. It has challenging secrets, awesome 1P mode, and strong yet so addictive game-play. THPS2 is the 2nd best game of the year, behind Wario Land 3 but ahead of Perfect Dark and Donkey Kong Country.

Game-play: 10/10

It's no challenge to figure out that THPS2's game-play is the best of the year. It has many moves to try, several cheats, and you can make your own course.

Graphics: 10/10

Tony Hawk's graphics are superb to the first; they are amazingly perfect.

Sound: 10/10

Obvious clips from other hit soundtracks.

Camera and Control: 10/10

No surprise that the control is the best of the year.

Value: 10/10

THPS2 is the best sports game of the year, but there's reason to go more beyond the box.

Average score: 10/10

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 is the best sports game of all time. Without a doubt, you can realise it is also one of my favorite games of all time!!
