Tom Clancy's Endwar

User Rating: 9 | Tom Clancy's EndWar PS3
The Tom Clancy series has come a long way since the original Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six. Tom Clancy's Endwar breaks the cycle of stealth gameplay and First-Person Shooters. In this all new Tom Clancy adventure you're not the operative in the field this time, you're the General behind the curtains.
The story takes place in the not to distant future where you're in the midst of World War III. You have the choice to choose between the three factions in the war; The United States, Russia, and Europe. Then, depending on what faction; you pick you get to choose which general you want to be and each general has his own perks to certain classes that you use in combat.
The gameplay mechanics are phenomenal and different from other games. Instead of using just your controller you can also use a Bluetooth headset to voice order your commands. With the new integrated system calling out commands makes the game that much more fun. It makes you feel like you're really in charge of a whole army of soldiers. The AI system was very realistic and put up quite a challenge. The only issue here was that the campaign wasn't very short, maybe only around 3-4 hours long.
This game was simply amazing and Ubisoft sets the standards again for gaming with its all-new voice recognition system. This game had few bugs in it and little complaints. All in all this game was just outstanding. The Tom Clancy series never ceases to fill your living room with gaming fun and excitement.
