While it's more of an interactive movie, It's well worth the purchase to experience this fantastic tale.

What led me to discover this game was Gamespot's Best Story award, intrigued by a title that looked like a game pulled from the SNES days, I decided to take the risk and check it out. Gamespot wasn't kidding when they said that this game has a great story!

You follow two doctors through the life of a man named Johnny, and really, that's all I want to tell you; I feel if I told you anymore about the plot it would ruin the... unique sense of storytelling found in this indie. I almost guarantee that you will be hooked in the moving and heartwarming/breaking story, well developed characters, and the human feeling of the tale.

I have to say, the music in To the Moon is absolutely fantastic; very emotional, and works hand in hand with the story. At times I found myself scared, nervous, anxious; others joyous and happy, all thanks to how the score corresponded with what was happening in the story. Think Heavy Rain, how the score allows the story to pulse even further into your heart. The intro caught me off guard on account of how lovely the piano was. If your wondering, yes they do sell the soundtrack on the developers website, Freebird Games.

Although gameplay is a weak spot, it doesn't damper the game's progression like it would in the previously mentioned Heavy Rain. To the Moon is all about the story, and the gameplay is like turning the page in a novel.

Overall, it's a great game. I strongly recommend purchasing this and supporting the developer. Thanks everyone, have a good day! :)
