It's the best RPG I've ever played

The game has solid game play, the combat system is great, the characters are to be remembered(even those from the side quests).
The story is interesting, every quest brings a great sense of accomplishment(even the side quests).
The environment is immersive the sound and the music are appropriate to the period the game takes place in.
The alchemy is very useful. It can make you 10 times stronger if you know how to use it and it makes you wanna try new things(combination of elements) to obtain new potions.
It's also important how you place your skill points. If you finish the game and start over and you place your skill points in a different way, you might have the character much more powerful than the last time. The re-playability is high. Also when I heard that you can import the saves from this games to the upcoming The Witcher 2 I started a new game again but this time with all the choices made just right for me.
