This game is more about the story and the atmosphere
What I liked the most about The Witcher was the story and the atmosphere. The story is just one of the best and most complex stories ever.It's full of characters that you want to learn more about, it has twists, emotional and memorable moments.The atmosphere caught me from the beginning but it caught me much more in Chapter IV. While playing that chapter I felt like I was right there. While this game doesn't have the best graphics the the design it's absolutely brilliant and for me the design is more important than graphics.
Many people criticised the gameplay for being too repetitive, or too shallow. Too be honest i didn't had any problems with it, i even enjoyed it, probably because i was interested in story more than gameplay.
The prologue and chapter 1 will probably get harder into some people and some of them will give up the game at chapter 2, but trust me, keep playing, this game is one of the best, and is surely memorable.
