The Sims 2 (PSP): Crafted by demons from the sixth level of hell.
You start off in the desert after your car breaks down, you're forced to do a boring series of missions that involve talking to boring people, and then being bored while it loads for the 38957385th time this minute. I would imagine that it might get interesting once you get out of the shop/garage/desert-y bit, but I've not managed to play that long yet, the constant loading times have really put me off and I quite simply do not have the patience to play!
If you can see past that then the game isn't really that bad. The controls are okay, there's a mix of Sims gameplay, RPG and minigames. The graphics aren't cutting edge but I guess they could be worse.
I love the Sims games, so this version is a huge, huge disappointment to me. Get The Sims DS instead.
