Another Lord of the Rings game, but they seem to be dying out. This is another generic action-adventure title involving original characters in the North. Although it is fun to see places like Fornost and characters like the sons of Elrond, the lack of innovative or interesting gameplay or story lets it down.
Story - 6, original story, but quite generic.
Gameplay - 6, sword-and-sorcery action.
Visuals - 7, not bad. Much better than 'Aragorn's Quest'.
Music - 8, great as always.
Controls - 7, pretty simple.
Multiplayer - 7, co-op can be pretty fun.
Originality - 5, just another generic Lord of the Rings game.
Characters - 5, the new characters are nothing great.
Fun - 6, ok, but just ok.
Overall - 6.3
