The House of the Dead: Overkill......is....the...most amazing, incredible and most overrated arcade rail-shooter ever!
There are also a lot of content to find, shoot and unlock such as: Audio Tracks, Comic Book Pages, Artwork and 3D Models which add a nice taste.
Although the graphics and the visual design aren't that bad, cause it was originally from the Wii. The shooting is mega-satisfying and never gets old, once you whoop up a lot of head shots and splatter kills. After up to 30 to 45 long-ass hard hours of mutant killin' in a single level, you earn money which you can use them to buy and/or upgrade your weapons on Rate of Fire, Damage, Clip Size, Recoil and Reload Speed which I think it's slick and creative, know what I mean? Sadly there is no Online play which 4 players combine their ultra firepower to fight of waves of mutants in survival in a room with different sections.
It even has 3 short fun minigames to play which are pretty cool, but not awesome to be honest.
It also features awesome 3D technology which works on any TV, you heard me: ANY TV, CRT, LCD, LED even Smart TVs
Plus Hardcore Mode(Only headshots move you forward in your path), Classic Mode(One gun, 50,000 mutants to kill; can you survive?), Shoot the Sh*t Mode(Shoot the F-Bomb words for hilarious bleeps), Profanity!(Will you please shut the *bleep* up you stupid mother*bleep* before I grab this *bleep*in' gun and shove it your *bleep*ing ugly *bleep*)
