Nice graphics but poor animation. Sound is lacking oomph! And gameplay is a tad dry. Cheap but not worth it IMHO, read..

Fast rundown in case you dont wanna read all my blabbering:

The Good:
Graphics is surprisingly good
Next-gen post filterings!
Weapon Models looks good!
Cheap!

The Bad:
Not satisfying to shoot your guns (big deal!!)
No feedback from hitting enemies with your guns (also big deal!!)
Little variations in animations
Enemies dont have brains
Sound is bad, as well as voiceacting
No graphics options except resolution

Why did it get 2.0 score by me then? Because I used 10-15min on it before I couldnt take it anymore and had it uninstalled. But it does have its good stuff i guess, so some other people might enjoy it. Read on if you wanna know if there's enough bad stuff to keep you away from it! If not, then you probably will enjoy this game...

So I saw this at the value box and looked at it, hell yeah nice graphics! By "history channel" name of the game I was a bit reluctant to pick it up but i thought that I make tons of money anyways so who cares if its a bit crappy...

Hell no! It is really crappy (IMHO)!!! It was alot more crappy than I had ever expected! Please read on to find out why.

I installed and went to make a snack and came back and booted up the game... First thing i find is that it lacks graphics settings except that you can change resolution. Seems to be more of these nowadays for no apparent reason. I remember back in ye old days even stuff costing 20$ had tons of graphics and sound settings!
Anyways, I start the singleplayer and is thrown right into the game, no tutorial or explanation or whatsoever, but its forgiveable. The graphics looks good, nice bump-mapping and field of depth and blur and whatnot of the next-gen post processing!
However the sound is not that good! And worse, when you shoot a gun it doesnt feel satisfying!
And then you have the enemies, they are dumb as sticks! They either just stand there and shoot at you or they run towards you or some scripted place and stand and shoot at you! They do, however, run away from grenades, or at least try to...
And when yoyu shoot at them, the blood, impact and feedback is so minimal you wouldnt notice that you actually hit them and killed them if it wasnt for the fact that they just dropped down lifelessly (which is ok, because thats how people die in real life from bullets, they dont fly back), but there should have been more feedback! Like animation that shows that you hit them, ie studdering or having their aim messed up or something! A decent amount of blood splattering would be the easiest feedback to implement...

And when you go into the Controls option to change the "interact" key from "E" to something else it doesnt work. It is still E. wtf...
And the mounted guns are as poopy feeling as all your other weapons, it also lack oomph! You can just hold down the fire button and swing your aim left to right to mow down all incoming enemies, no recoil, no overheat, no nothing...

I played as long as I could bare which was about 10-15min, then I just decided that this game was so bad that I simply will not waste time on it! I didnt even try the multiplayer before i uninstalled the game. I rather waste time on some other games...
