To be honest, to me it didn't even remotely feel like a TES game - it solely felt like an MMO, so if you're looking for something to tide you over before TES 6, you're out of luck unless you really like MMO games.

Graphics are decent, the lighting system is easily better than Skyrim's. Art style is cool for landscape and architecture but characters look silly. Hopefully they release an HD texture pack because currently they look 256p.

I didn't want to focus on graphics but there's not too much else to tell. The story is hyped up to be great but I found it to be one of those ones that should be in a movie or book, because actually playing it felt so long and drawn out and like you're not really doing a hell of a lot for lots of it.

Combat is actually pretty bad, it may look like TES4+5 but stupid things like being able to walk right through your enemies proves to be very annoying and immersion-breaking.
