An absolutely superb first expansion for the already amazing game: Oblivion

Oblivion has been out for a year now and many people still play it today. But if you've grown tired of Oblivion and nicely stashed it away under a pile of books or whatnot,here's an excellent reason to bring it back out again. In Shivering Isles you get to visit a new realm ruled over by the daedra god sheogorath. And since this guy is completely whack,so is everything in his realm. I found instantly that SI's enemies are much more crazy,unique,fun and interesting to fight than Oblivions enemies. Here you'll be fighting huge golems made of stone,giant ant like creatures,and giant humanoids made of different assortments of human flesh. These creatures come with truly frightening but engrossing sound effects too. I also really disliked Oblivions main quest. It became very repetitive and tedious having to go through all those Oblivion gates,and having them pop out in the wilderness when you really don't want them to. It wasn't my cup of tea. SI's main quest is 100X better with a really interesting plot that offers many interactive player choices. Shivering Isles will keep you busy for a long time,and it's a must buy if you still have Oblivion,and probably even worth buying it again for.
