10 Hours in, and still waiting for the side splitting humor to start. "Armed and Dangerous" is still the comedy champ.

Admittedly, as I continue to play this game...it is getting better, but I have to also admit that in the 1st hour, I was starting to doze off. I had really bought into all the hype that this was one of the funniest and most original games to come out. I was also looking forward to "Cary Elwes" as the main voice star, but if somebody hadn't told me, I never would have picked it out. I was hoping for voice work more similar to "Robin Hood, Men in Tights" instead of an Elwes "Scottish Rogue" impression. I was also hoping that the Camera would be a little more close to the action instead of SO FAR UP ABOVE EVERYTHING. This is a "Hack n' Slash" true and true, but even X-MEN LEGENDS and BALDERS GAME showed more action. The Graphics are also pretty weak, and the SOUND is not as "stunning" as I had hoped it would be. And as for "Laugh out loud" humor.....nothing compares to that other "Scottish Game" ARMED and DANGEROUS. Even "Tak 2" is funnier in it's 1st hour with the great voice talents of Patrick Warburton from SEINFELD, NEWSRADIO and 8 Simple Rules. The game is beginning to get more interesting, and if my overall opinion changes, I'll update this review, but since none have been posted, I thought you needed a little something to base your decisions on.
