Great game for young kids. Fun co-op mode, along with a single player story mode that loosely follows the movie plot.

User Rating: 8 | The Adventures of Tintin: The Game PS3
This game is great for young kids aged 5 to 9. The controls are easy to pickup and the gameplay is fairly easy, so that first time gamers will not get frustrated and have fun at it (while seasoned gamers will likely get bored).
The main title is single player only and loosely follows the recent Tintin movie. The game also includes a co-op mode which is mainly a side scroller where two people can work cooperatively in knocking out bad guys and solving simple puzzles. The two together makes for good value. Our kids have played it over many hours and have yet to tire of it.
The only gimmicky aspects are the 3D and Move controller functionality. It is a bit misleading as the Move controller can only be used to replay some of the main challenges, not as the primary controller throughout the game. Also, as a mainly 2D sidescroller, there is not much point wearing 3D glasses and taking advantage of the 3D effect while playing it.
