One of the best JRPG I ever played
Turn based basic simple combat is now too boring, characters look emo, characters are lame, story is predictable.
Thank goodness I tried this game.
The character arent at all annoying. Only annyoing characters are: There is a kid named Karol, he is the strong hitter but his character, despite 1,000 battles, is still a coward. The princess is really annoying do gooder who represents the girly girl you see in animes. She is worried about everyone and everything. The other 5 characters are perfect.
The story was pretty good. 15 hours in you think you know who the bad guy is, then he dies 20 hours in. I had no idea who was the bad guy or what the main conflict was till about 40 hours.
Combat is fun, since its live action and you run around on the battlefield able to link together amazing looking combos. Plus there are tons of skills.
Plenty of side quests to get extra weapons or skills or customes.
My only complaint was the anime. There were very few hand drawn cut scenes. And when there was, the artist didnt add much detail. Like the characters had no noses. but anime has been going down hill since the 90s.
Overall amazing game.
